I've been noticing this, past two weeks I saw 5 new black women I've never seen before. This past year, whenever there is a new batch of hires as they are getting the tour of the building there is always 1-2 black women never a black man. Out of like 950 employees, there's only like 4 of us. And out of that 4, two are the clean cut negros that play hockey, drink starbucks and check out indie films, then there's me and another real brother who works in the mailroom.
