The Henchmen and his cooperation is more complex then we think, he went to trial, after efforts to reach a plea deal (more favorable to him) broke down, subsequent to those proffer sessions...Now he's convicted, and likely did a different kind of cooperation, but this suggests a new trial/appeal on the basis of the proffer sessions, it says he gets sentenced October 25th...
I'd guess between now and then he's been working with them in a CI role or something, but who knows....that game is a labyrinth of misdirection and sometimes even the court docs aren't to be relied upon, sealed records, diverted statements, confidential reports....Jimmy H definitely is a cooperator though, that much is 100% clear.
