Watching this idiot desperately try and draw parallels to completely different scenarios is disgusting. It really remind me of @ thekingsmen

Again we're talking about white supremacists who wanted to kidnap and probably kill an elected governor because she was a democrat and wanted people to wear masks something that prevents a virus that been disproportionally killing black people from spreading
There's this blockage in your brain preventing you from realizing that both things are wrong.

Once you work on that you're gonna be golden, family. Trust me.

While at the time I cautioned we didn’t have enough information yet to make a definitive call either way, the extensive reporting done by Buzzfeed all but confirms this was the case. According to the outlet, FBI informants “had a hand in nearly every aspect of the alleged plot, starting with its inception,” from organizing and funding nationwide meetings where those involved in the eventual plot first met, to supplying, encouraging, and even helping lead the entire affair. Buzzfeed reporters Jessica Garrison and Ken Bensinger previously reported that the Bureau used a whopping twelve informants in the case, double the number of actual plotters charged.

Pictures are cool but facts are better. lol
How far down the rabbit hole have you been grifted where you are defending white supremacists :mjcry: I’ll pray for you

I do think part of the delay towards the end was getting the 4,000 together for the explosives. These groups are usually under/unemployed and struggling financially, which is partially how the CHS cut into them, in some cases. These kinds of investigations bring into a difficult and complex conversation about the investigatory techniques of the FBI, remember the guys from Newburgh? Not saying that exactly happened here, but it's hard for prosecutors and agents to determine what is just talk, and what is likely to be actionable. You can see they baby stepped these guys into the three essential parts of a conspiracy, conspiring with one other person, having knowledge of a conspiracy, and taking at least one step to carry the conspiracy out.

These cases can unravel sometimes though, like the "cannibal cop".

If you want a stylized and obviously fictionalized story like this, watched Betrayed from 1988, with Tom Berenger and Debra Winger. Focuses on these rural hate groups, that exist in everyday small towns.

Roles of F.B.I. and Informants Muddle the Michigan Governor Kidnapping Case

Still, prosecutors have sought to distance themselves from Mr. Robeson, 58, another pivotal F.B.I. informant. A paving contractor from Wisconsin and the leader of a paramilitary group, he pleaded guilty in October to federal charges of possessing a high-powered sniper rifle, illegal for a felon. His list of felonies and other crimes dating back to the 1980s included forgery, jumping bail and battery.

Mr. Robeson organized a meeting in Dublin, Ohio, in June 2020 involving members of armed paramilitary groups from half a dozen states as far away as Virginia and Missouri. He also hosted a field training exercise in Wisconsin in July and helped to survey the governor’s cottage. He received nearly $20,000.

In an extraordinary filing in early January seeking to bar recorded statements by Mr. Robeson from the trial, prosecutors called him a “double agent” who had worked “against the interests of the government.” He attempted to get evidence destroyed and offered the defendants funds from a charity to buy weapons, among other acts, they said.

The F.B.I. fired him in July after he was arrested and charged with beating his wife during an argument over an orgy that the two had attended at a hotel in Kalamazoo, Mich. In pleading no contest last December, Mr. Trask said he could not remember that night.

The way I quoted the article was sloppy, the FBI AGENT, a case principal was arrested, and fired from the FBI for domestic violence. The informant, Robeson, had other issues. Too many informants.

I would say prosecutorial overreach on this, which doesn't mean I am defending these guys, and I don't know a better way to protect people from crimes like this, but this is an example of way those CHS/CI cases are ethically challenging.

the black cat is my crown...
Classic moment in HL history when people were caping for white supremacists who months earlier did the original Jan 6th insurrection when they flooded the Michigan capital building with them thangs locked and loaded
statehouses were the test run for the capitol riot..... basically white people can do anything they want in this country without consequence or repercussion.... 1/6 proves that....

Goes back further. Remember those white militia guys in I think Wyoming who took over I think a federal office building? Probably 5 or so years back. They basically let them all walk. FBI seems to be taking their sweet time bringing charges against Trump and the priniciples.

EDIT: here it is: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...s-take-over-federal-building-in-rural-oregon/
