2. The changes in public education instituted by the federal government over the past 10 years have significantly changed my job.

You're gonna pay taxes regardless. If you want health insurance you're gonna pay whatever rate they give you. It's as simple as that. Gas prices go up for whatever reason... it doesn't matter. You're either gonna buy the gas or not.

Now you've fooled yourself into thinking these things matter but they really don't. Just like the topic at hand, recreational marijuana. The feds and states can do whatever they want but it ISN'T GOING TO CHANGE ANYTHING. People who wanna smoke are gonna smoke regardless.
