White's are ultimately making the argument that in a dispute of some sort you can legally kill a stranger in public with your bare hands as long as its proven he was on hard drugs..
The coroner ruled it a homicide… and in my opinion, if you kneel on someone’s neck for 9 minutes you intend to do bodily harm at the very least…. HOWEVER…. a lawyer coupled with some medical professional’s expert opinion, you can probably make a legal case that the drugs, coupled with Floyd’s heart issues, is the true cause for his untimely death…

It's a state crime, Trump can't pardon him unless it's a federal amd Minnesota is ran by a Dem. Governor.George Floyds name can be cleared since people like to use that excuse.
He might be pardoned by Trump the day he takes office. Are you awake yet folks,or still comfortably and sound asleep?
The weight and downward force alone exerted on your back by an adult male for over 9 minutes will do serious damage to anyone.
Not to mention you're unable to breathe properly as your chest and rib cage are compressed on a hard surface making expansion of the lungs difficult.

You’d figure one of the 12 on the jury would be able to put correlation isn’t causation together that if you are on fentanyl, and someone chokes you out, it wasn’t the drug that caused the death
