So quick question: how does this fly when the SCOTUS ruled in the EPA case that agencies overstep their bounds when it comes to enforcement and for them to execute regulations, they have to be explicitly outlined by Congressional mandates in order to be considered legal

You're seeing the bigger picture. They'll pass this guideline the companies will sue. It will stay tied up in courts for yrs and the dye will still be in the food. The courts will rule against the government but RFK can say he tried and shrug it off and the sheep will just keep falling in line

I’m all for this. RFK is a crackpot but he’s not 100% wrong on all of his stances. It’s going to be interesting to see how his policies play out vs the food and agriculture lobbyists.
