I have to agree. It's the lazy way to discipline your kids. I'ts time to evolve and move away from the methods that the unintelligent Southern whites taught us to use.

My kids are well-behaved so I don't have to.
But I see some bad ass kids that really deserve it, I understand when parents take the belt to them.
What if your kid said, "fukk off and go smoke some more weed nikka" (which I heard a kid say) or similar shyt?

We had a huge discussion about this around the time that monster got locked up for beating his girls because they were twerking.

Black people don't realize that a lot of the violence and aggression issues in our community comes from the fact that we still use ass-backward disciplinary/teaching methods. All that violence spills out into the streets. Everyone blaming "fatherless" kids for violence needs to fall back. A lot of these kids have male figures in their lives but they can't talk to them because the only form of communication in the house between parents and children is yelling and hitting.

People on this forum support that bullshyt, on some "Hey, it happened to me and I'm fine" shyt. That's the same excuse old Blacks use for racism against Black teens. fukking disgusting.

You'll see the same bullshyt play out in this thread. You're going to get a lot of backlash. Black people LOVE (and I mean LOOOOOOVE) "whoopin" and "beatin" their kids. Many Blacks view it as their privilege, right, and duty to beat the shyt out of their children. It goes really deep. Makes me want to puke when I think about it.

Trust me, if a kid is talking that bold a beating won't put a stop to it. It only preps them for an eventual encounter with the police and an eventual encounter with a cell mate.

Kids that are that far gone need professional help/reprograming.
