well first of all you keep saying "employer" when jared started and funds the organization, so that would make the arrested guy the employee

don't say "you know what i meant!" either, those are two completely different words with different meanings and it completely changes the nature of the argument...

in fact, jared FIRED him and released a statement when the guy was arrested....so if you get caught with questionable shyt on YOUR computer, your BOSS would be investigated!? that's standard procedure in your mind?

secondly, you're arguing that they're seizing computers and mail from jared fogles home FOR AN INVESTIGATION ON SOMEBODY THAT'S ALREADY IN CUSTODY?

Again, they are investigating Jared because the child porn file they found on the guy in custody, was named "Jared foundation". You have to investigate someone if they worked for someone, and now illegal files is in that folder! I would do it too.
