In the Silver Lining
You already we about to see these advertised heavy in just a minute. Not necessarily in favor, but the use case is there if you're not home and have sophisticated gangs doing stuff.

Cant speak for other cities, but in Miami/Sofla its south american/caribbean gangs (Colombians, Venezuelans, Cubans, etc). South American footballers get robbed like clockwork, even family members get kidnapped for ransom. Its an international crime ring at this point.

He also got a big ass crib in the burbs.
You missing the point I never said he didn’t, he said athletes like Steph Curry don’t want to live in condos and I proved him wrong because he literally just bought a luxury condo a few years ago

My point is athletes should live in condos because it’s more secure not that they’re living there instead of mansions

nikka are you lmao

Steph bought the condo to literally be closer to the arena and to Ayesha’s restaurant you think he was living there by himself :dead:

Have a good one though breh this shyt is tedious
So what do you think Mr Curry and his family are going to do with the $30 million dollar home built specifically for his entire families specifications and wants and needs?

This is how I know nikkas is just internet talking lol. First your discussing this as if every athlete does not have multiple homes for multiple reasons, but a main home for their REAL life.

Do you think Mr Curry needs to live next to the arena 5 years from now :martin:

So if someone also has a condo do they not also still have a home? That can still be burglarized? That they are not at when at the condo?

Like what are you trying to say as this magical solution you came up with that nobody ever thought of before?

These are professionals

They might be ex military

Organized theft groups from South America use publicly available information and social media to identify athletes’ habits and track their comings and goings, the FBI report said. The groups use technology allowing them to bypass alarm systems, block wireless internet connections and disable devices, cover security cameras and hide their identities.
Might even be the FBI or CIA trying to sabotage the league.. Operation "Ratings Downfall" :lupe: :mjpls:

The Yay
It doesn't make much sense

When's the last time an owner's house got robbed?

That would've been my first question right there, owner's have been wealthy FAR longer than the players, they should know exactly which neighborhoods have the lowest chances of robbery, the best security, etc. etc.

Why wouldn't you make sure your 100mil+ dollar assets are living securely all the time
Perception of athletes as dumbasses with flashy valuables that could be pawned off definitely plays a role breh.

Perception of rich rich people is different...breaking into an old cac owners house you might find out all of his money is in the bank or equity and he keeps no valuables :manny:

With the money he's making, he would have no problem moving to a new place every year, idk what the point is.

The best source of info for those burglars are social media. It doesnt matter much to move low key if you tell on yourself indirectly.

Luka's IG is mostly basket ball pics but he does have some posts that are not and can easily give out clues, like this one from November.

On picture 6, you can guess the shape of a part of the house, the color of the bricks, some of the window shapes, a flat roof or low slope one, the presence of some pillars and trees in what could be a patio and the shadows probably make that part facing South. Just that is enough to have a look on Google Earth and find the house if you're motivated (and you know the city he lives in)

And those burglars don't even need to be super professionals. Didn't Pop Smoke accidentally give out the adress of the house he was staying in LA in an IG post and some low level teen robber caught it and killed him in the robbery ?

Bruh, LLC's are public information. A house gets bought by a LLC, you just look up your state business register to see who the registered officers of that LLC are.

I've encountered so few houses worth over $1m that's in any individuals name. (For reference, I was an insurance agent specializing in high value clients in South Florida for five years).
The LLC owned by a holding company registered in Wyoming. There, now it's untraceable.

While you’re in the league it’s probably better to just live downtown and get a luxury condo

Cameras everywhere doormen and even if people know you live in the building they still won’t be able to pin point your exact unit
Won’t matter. It’s an inside job most the time and most employees ain’t risking their livelihood for somebody else valuable’s. I know ppl that live in lixiry condo’s in downtown DC that get caught lacking just like the nigguhs that live lives in Oxon Hill or East Capitol. A guy was just buthcing about his Mercedes coupe getting stolen in an private garage with security
