Wasn't dude not only illegal, but had an order for deportation already prior to any of Trump’s bullshyt? Slippery slope sure, but they're hitting her with an obstruction charge not necessarily protecting someone legally here.

I just can't imagine a judge of all people intentionally breaking the law for one person. The story broke cause Kash Patel apparently tweeted about it only to delete but of course its too late.

That's definitely a POV. I'm just saying there was an order of deportation, prior to this administration is due process. Not sure if buddy (no pun) was appealing it or what. I don't have all the facts yet and I know they're prefacing it with "allegedly" so here we are.
