He was the one that spotted Duck and then he made a call to a third party who I guess told O block about it. From the time he spotted Duck it took roughly 20 min for the murder to happen. He partially incriminated Durk by trying to call Durks bro to let him know what was about to go down. He didn’t know he was being recorded by a security guard.
