I haven't seen Ned in ages. WTF happened to him.

Butters takes it for me as well. Started out as a so-so background character but once they figured out how to use him and his dynamic with the other kids he became awesome.



Timmy is second, he has arguably the greatest introduction episode in all of tv-history.
