Here's my favorite feud, yes my #1 GOAT lost but this feud will hold up over time so it's all good

at the competitors... at the music... at the implications... at michael cole's finest vocal performance... at the dedication and sacrifice.

michaels was barely there. lead up was blah, match was blah too. these are my opinions. he had better feuds against Taker in 97-98, jericho, and HHH.

i hear y'all... undertaker/hbk is up there too, I just really enjoyed hbk monster heel run. hbk/undertaker at first was kinda tweener vs. face. HBK vs. Austin was clear cut heel vs. face. That whole era turned shyt around. Like HHH said, the numbers might not have said so, but that OG DX had the people in the street

Outside of the Sting/Hogan buildup to Starrcade 97', the DDP/Macho Man feud was probably my favorite and the best executed feud of the entire Nitro era. You could argue that it was thee best rivalry of the Nitro era.

Looking back, that animosity backstage played out perfectly. Russo squeezed out as much as he could. WWE's creative team today wouldn't be able to handle a feud with as much bad blood as it had off screen. HBGOAT and Bret the Gawd hated each other on screen and off and Russo got the point across by SS '97.

I was watching the the Austin & Bret feud today and Austin was on the mic. I think it was the Raw after Austin lost when he lost all that blood & he told Bret that if he thought he could beat him again to put on some clean panties and bring his ass to the ring.

Another good feud was Austin & Undertaker that led to the buried alive match. Undertaker tried to embalm Austin & everything speaking in tongues
