Honestly, the thing about Epilogue is that it's a good episode on it's own, it's creatively done, the writing is good, and it's entertaining. I just don't like the big plot twist itself.
I just don't see the point of making Terry Bruce's son.
There was no need and it doesn't really change their relationship or add anything to the story. Terry was fine as his own person and there was no need for him to be blood related to Bruce.

But I wouldn't say it ruins anything.
i think it was to showthst Terry was fated to be the Batman. It was in his blood to be his successor, only it was a nature vs nurture difference that got them to the same point. And nurture made for a better batman

Exactly. That episode still gets me fukked up. That and the Gotham knights episode growing pains.

I have season 3&4 of Batman and the entire Superman series. Gotta catch up on season 1&2 when I get home
Their animated catalog is the main reason I’ll subscribe to their streaming service on principle. As long as they put all those shows there they got my money
