Runner up: Pirate’s Cove, Malibu - this is kind of a hidden, secret beach at Point Dume. You drive all the way to end of of Westward beach rd, go past the paid parking gate, park all the way at the end where the sand starts. Walk to towards the rocks and cliff side…there’s usually rock climbers there. Walk up the rocks and just on the other side, it opens up to this.
