Stop eating so much meat. Have meals with meat four days a week.
Increase your vegetable intake, have soup made with homemade vegetable broth.
Start doing a half-day fast.
Stop eating so much sugar, juice, soda, alcohol.
Start sleeping sooner.
Switch from cow's milk to plant-based milk.
Drink more water.
Take long walks, don't jog or run.
If you weight lift, lift lower weights with higher reps. Stop before exhaustion.

Do this for six months, your blood pressure will go down.
