Made it through all the tutorials last night. Kinda surprised, because I suck at canceling in fighting games.
Played some casual matches to test out the different characters, and mostly lost. But was still fun. Glad SNK finally has an art style I'm cool with again. I have so many games right now, including fighting games. But can see myself picking this up down the road on sale.

No shyt, Franco design and playstyle is more fire though imo.

I’ll say… they need to really bring back the 90s and 00s music consultants on these new fighting games. The soundtracks are fkin awful, i usually end up muting the music. Like I wanna fight to some circus music or some corny ass generic rock music.

Chip damage
Chip damage kills
Multiple wake up options
While gtting hit in the game hurts bad, because of the defensive options it doesn't feel like any match is just gonna be a 50/50 guess on the mix.
There are actual pairs to offense and defense based on SPG placement. Invincible reversals, meter and a player tendencies.
Game is a banger.
Sadly the online is junk serviceable at best
