its easy not to be fat. fat people dont wanna hear that though. they're lazy and have no discipline.
I think it's complicated. I watch Lizzo's "Big Girls" and those women dance several hours a day, do splits, hell Lizzo did a Peloton spin class, and she was talking the entire 45 minutes while spinning in the front row. She's obviously "doing the work", but maybe her nutrition is off.

Feeling like you have a need to "shame" another person is lame.

And I say this as a skinny breh that's never weighed over 170.

As someone who’s been in the military, done martial arts for 20+ years, and works outdoors, and hits the gym five days out the week

A lot of MF’s just wannabe bullies but when a MF push back even if they may be morally in the right they can’t handle the pushback. Now I’m never gonna ok being a slob or unproductive BUT I’m not gonna waste time degrading another person when I could offer encouragement

At no point are we walking around calling people fat though

That's the bullshyt that people are trying to pretend is happening when we say "Hey...no it's not ok to weight 300 pounds"

This isn't an 80's movie where we're walking up to people in the cafeteria and saying "HEY FATTIE" or some shyt like that

We are simply pointing out that the term "fat shaming" is bullshyt and that realistically there is no such thing because it is not nor has it ever been a positive thing to be morbidly obese or extremely overweight.

AND that we will not lower our standards to entertain an obese woman or a fat chick who clearly does not care about her health or appearance because thyroid issues are a rarity, so the majority of these women simply lack the discipline to stop eating unhealthy foods and not live sedentary lifestyles

To pretend that all these big girls live in food deserts or some other shyt is simply absurd too that needs to stop

The fact that these people are getting on airplanes and pretending WE'RE in the wrong for them requiring extra seat space is nonsense and a greater part of this "Hey we want everyone to feel good" ideology that's been pumped into American society in the past decade or so.

Who gives a fukk if you FEEL good if you're literally killing yourself via the thing you consume the most...FOOD

Fitness and healthy weight has everything to do with diet. 90/10 split diet to gym. You don’t have to kill yourself st the gym but you can’t eat and drink what they probably do
