The question Cease was asked was about the "dual album that Joe and Big were planning on recording, and planning to have Tupac do features."

Not about whether they did a song together. Cease was Big's driver and part of his entourage at the time being discussed here. Big was feeding him and JM, so they were probably at EVERY studio session of Big's.
If Cease says he wasn't aware of all these songs they did together, you can believe him.
