I'm seriously concerned for her health. Being at that weight for a year can shave off at least 5 years on her lifespan

Less than that. All it takes is at least 2 years at that kind of weight for your body to start heading down the wrong direction. Clots start forming, blood sugar levels sky rocket and you develop insulin resistance, and your joints start to give out from having to support such weight. Don't forget the fact that her heart has to work twice as hard to support all that extra weight.That’s cool and all but she’s unhealthily big, the jiggly fat says it all...she could drop 50 and still be quite overweight. That shyt is gonna take its toll in about 10 years.
