Not understanding why Cotto didn't fight Ginger. Mayweather fighting Cotto is a no no in my book, I swear I won't even watch that fight ,trust. Mayweather/Khan eh, it'll be better than I initially thought it would be since watching the Alexander fight. Ginger/ GGG needs to be made, not Cotto/ GGG. Ginger gets a pass when choosing opponents and it has to stop. He knew he'd be getting an older Cotto and he thought he was going to feast off of his name.

In 3 of Canelo's last 4 fights, he fought Austin Trout (WBA Junior Middleweight Champion and #3 RING ranked Junior Middleweight challenger at the time), Floyd Mayweather (WBA Junior Middleweight Champion, #1 RING ranked Junior Middleweight challenger, and #1 RING Pound For Pound Overall), and Erislandy Lara (WBA Junior Middleweight Champion and #2 RING ranked Junior Middleweight challenger at the time).

Nobody in boxing had a better 4 run fight of opponents than Canelo (Trout, Mayweather, Angulo, Lara) had from 2013-2014, so I think saying he is getting a pass on choosing opponents isnt fair at all:yeshrug:


And he could fight GGG, but GGG isnt fighting May 2nd...he's fighting Feb 21st and he's also the mandatory for whoever wins Cotto's next fight (GGG is the mandatory for the WBC belt, so either Cotto or whoever beats him HAS to fight GGG in their next fight or get stripped).


It should have played out as Canelo beat Cotto in May 2015 and fight GGG in September 2015....or vacate the belt like a coward, but Cotto is fukking everything up:mjcry:

I agree, it dont matter how old Cotto is, hes the lineal champ.. Thats who everybody at middleweight should be going after

I am sure the main reason MoneyMay wants this fight is to get his stake of the MW title that Cotto has. I would still prefer May vs Pac though.

I just dont like how Cotto doesnt want to fight GGG, Peter Quillin, or even avenge his loss to Austin Trout. Hell, I'd even give him a pass to fight Andy Lee since it would be a unification bout.


He has EVERY avenue open for him to make a good fight ....I expect him to fight one of the 4 in his next bout

Cotto is all about $$$s.. Once Mayweather's people started reaching out to him for a rematch, all that other shyt goes out the window..

Bad move on Mayweather's part if he takes the Cotto fight instead of PAc. In times past, it was arguable on why that fight didn't happe and both sides could share the blame. In this case though, it clearly looks like Mayweather is ducking him if he takes the Cotto fight.

I feel he should've fought others besides sure wins in Perro (a punching bag), Lara (a feather fist) and Cotto (old and past his days regardless how he look against Marva) because they were no threats to him. Also people pick and choose when they want to fight lineal champs, and fans pick and choose when we want to see people go after lineal champs, if we're going to follow that formula, let's stick to it.

Pac won't fight Ginger because this isn't 2009. He's not built for Ginger.........anymore:troll:
