Last time I tried doing Ramadan. I ended up failing and eating while the sun was up. I never went through ramadan again.
Oh well.
Oh well.
lots of people slip when they try ramadan.. its not so much the fact of breaking your fast during the day; but more so your attempt at fasting.. no one gets it the first time around or the second.. its way too intense.. it takes years to have a perfect ramadan.. just stick with it.. God knows your intentions
Easily my favorite time of year, seems like it would be hard and stressful but its actually peaceful and your body feels reenergized at the end of the month, you also feel mentally and spiritually sound. At least I do.
