This is really too hard to answer, are we talking fastest first steps, or just top speed? I guess if I had to give an answer I would say Iverson but who knows if its true or not.

John Wall...

Unfortunatly for him thats one of his biggest problems...He plays at a completely different speed than the rest of his teammates and his game hasn't caught up with his athleticism yet..

Seen him up close in person at George Mason and :wow:

Dudes are only looking at big names or up and coming superstars for this list.

Lots of average players that can fall on this list.

When just asked about current players according to a survey done by all of the GM's John Wall tied for first with Derrick Rose...

Westbrook was a not too distant 3rd

*correction.. Rose was first and Wall and Westbook tied for 2nd..

Also receiving votes: Mike Conley, Memphis; Monta Ellis, Golden State; LeBron James, Miami; Ty Lawson, Denver; Tony Parker, San Antonio; Chris Paul, L.A. Clippers; Rajon Rondo, Boston

John Wall :wow:

Fastest player I've ever seen in person with the ball. To me, his legs look like the roadrunner cartoon when he's on the move. If AI and Tony Parker are faster, then them cats aint human.

honorable mention:
Muggsy Bogues
Kevin Johnson
Brandon Jennings
Kenny 'The Jet' Smith (Inside the NBA and the running 'rode Hakeem's coattails' jokes made ppl forget, but Kenny was nice.)
