I loved Fast Five, but the "jump off the car and live after a 1000 foot drop into water" scene

Yeah...the impact of hitting water would be pretty severe, especially at the height they jumped from.

But I digress...I loved Fast Five, regardless. Sometimes implausible shyt makes for damn good entertainment.

Jumping off the Golden Gate bridge is almost always fatal and that's only a 200 feet plunge. What do you think a 1000 ft. drop to water will do?

In the F&F movie they didn't die and they didn't even get injured but they got out like all healthy and shyt. I like the movies as well but this is destroy a movie with logic shyt right here, breh. It's dumb as fukk and suspension of disbelief is thrown out the window.

Pretty much. That white dude was one of the worst actors ive ever seen. On the flip side bow wow did way better than i thought he would. But han was the real star of the movie.


Never seen a franchise turn itself around like fast n furious i thought for sure after tokyo drift it would of been straight to dvd walmart discount bin status. But now its one of the movies im lookin forward to

I guess I can understand some kind of enjoyment people get from these, but they are hardly even movies anymore, just CGI filled set pieces, it's a video game, that new trailer, I mean that shyt was like 85% CGI....acting, story, character development, well those were never important but now theres hardly any trace of a script or a story, just a set up for some ridiculous action....not my thing. The first one had potential, 'Point Break' is essentially the same movie, just a much better script, director, and overall approach to the material.
