Jesse mad at the fam for abandoning him for dead. He spent 13 years in a coma after the shooting and has massive medical bills to pay. The coma reset his brain and his ADD has morphed into psychopathic genius fueled by rage.

He can tune cars like no other...has Civics racing like a McClaren. Ends up being a drug kingpin in LA who's known for his lethality.

Teams up w/ Tran (or Tran's people) to take the family down back in LA, and ends up turning on Tran & the Korean gang w/ about 50 minutes left in the movie. "There's only room for so much here. And I know you guys like to keep it in the family. It was only a matter of time."

Now it's up to the fast and furious fam to either save Jesse, or take him down.
