Lol. The Rock was able to come through and got his own spin-off. I know him being the biggest star in the business is a huge reason why it happened but still. Vin could’ve easily went to Universal and said lets make a 50-60 million action comedy with Roman, Tej and Ramsey, along with another smaller budgeted movie with Michelle, Jordana and maybe one other character. Universal would’ve definitely listened considering they don’t have other big franchises that make a bunch of money, and Vin is a huge reason why the franchise is where its at despite people’s view of him. Jurassic World is the only other franchise they have that I can think of (and that is supposedly ending with Dominion coming in the summer.)

Well shyt. Now that the code is broken Vin should talk to the rest of the cast and tell them if they take a chance on other spin-offs and solo films (even maybe a tv series on Peacock) they could make more money by not having to share with other cast members and maybe get producing credits. I really like the cast but realistically other than Vin and maybe Tyrese will they continue to be in a huge blockbuster film like this again if it ends? This is one of the biggest franchises on the world. Need to take a chance, it it fails then at least they tried.

They’ve done an animated Spin Off on Netflix and of course they did Hobbs and Shaw.


I hope they eventually do a Tej and Rome spin off series. I’d watch that
