First off, who gives a fukk about the system? My #1 rule in life: No excuse is acceptable!
You wanna be a leader? That's the first thing you need to understand. Stop blaming other people for YOUR situation. That is NOT the character of a leader. Malcolm said "By any means necessary." You think the system was friendlier or harsher to him? My brothas make a lot of excuses and it's like that's become ok. You can point a finger at the system or give the finger to the system. No excuses for not getting shyt done in 2015. Yeah our road is different from our white counterparts but so the fukk what? No excuses.
And it's not all about money anyway, breh. You can be dead broke and still be a leader. First thing is stop making them damn excuses. And you gotta be emotionally stable. When shyt hits the fan, women run around like chickens with their heads cut off. That's their nature. As men, we GOTTA stand there shyt on our shirt, in our hair, whatever, and be that rock. Can't be flustered. That's what security is all about. Women are like children in a sense. Sometimes they get scared. They look to men for support. How you gonna protect her when you just as shook? Just as flustered?
Women aren't understanding our plight because they don't respect us. They don't respect us because we'd rather make excuses than get shyt done.
Nah, young bredren, white supremacy is not our problem. Our problem is black inferiority. Self pity. Excuses. And that's why our women act out of pocket. If a kid acts up, that's a reflection of the parent. If a woman acts up, that's a reflection of her man. I hear black men blame white men, black women, even fukkin Arabs for their problems.At what point do we look in the mirror and take on some responsibility for our own situation? Nobody gives a fukk about us. But they don't give a fukk about anyone else either. Nobody gives a fukk about anybody but their own. Except us. Why should white people hire us? Would we hire them? Why should Indians hire us? Would we hire them? Etc, etc. What we need is OUR OWN so we can hire our own. Handouts are for children and Jews.
