AJ is not going anywhere. The Revival and Good Brothers will definitely leave. I doubt Finn will leave. If the Usos leave then Naomi is leaving. There isn't much left for the Usos to do so maybe going to a new promotion will be good for them.

Uso brothers barely make pay per view in spite of being multi talented and champions . They are underpaid and truly do deserve better. Also just because some posters are fans of them doesn’t mean they have to stay in WWE, imagine having control of your image and merchandise like the Bucks while working far less dates and making more money, I don’t get why anyone wouldn’t want to try AEW. With the move to Fox , less be real who are going to be the focus points? Also this is the perfect time to leave or renegotiate. It’s mania season, all eyes on the E.

Revival's contract goes until April 2020 according to Double Talk Dave, so unless WWE grants them a release, they're not going anywhere.
Another thing to add, the WWE roster right now is extremely bloated. Even if every one of those acts leaves in April, they can dip into NXT/205 to bring people in, Superstar Shakeup to move people around to create fresh match-ups, or bring back people on the shelf because of injury (Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens, Bray Wyatt). Not to mention Roman Reigns eventually coming back at some point.
