Yeah, he seems like a normal well adjusted guy in this interview you posted. The only thing I can think is that he wants more than what the street life can offer him. Same people you see coming up, is the same ones you'll see coming back down, though I do wish him well.

I know he wasn't deep in the streets. I've read interviews with him, he's from Berkeley. Berkeley ain't soft, but it's never been OD grimey either. It was a persona but he played it to the P. I'm just saying that siding with the streets or working class will eventually make you hit a glass ceiling within any industry, but in the end, all that glitters ain't gold either.
