She's gonna get the Kerry Hilson treatment for naming Beyonce like that. That's a messy way to handle your business. Her music is not performing. Why would she have an open budget or get money put up for a tour with no demand?

She can’t “perform” because her singles and albums have flopped over the past two years and the label (Parkwood/Colombia) have invested millions of dollars into her through her last tour, promotion, studio time, travel, hair/makeup, videos, production and haven’t recouped their money through sales/ticket sales. There’s no value in putting her on another tour when she’s not popping like that.
Social media has given artists like Chloe sadly the allusion that they are “bigger” than they are through constant immediate fan engagement. But those fans still have to buy/stream records and pay for a ticket to a show if you want to survive in the business and many of the new artists in the social media era are learning this the hard way.
