In the US, my pick is definitely Junior Bridgeman. One of the best ever transitions from sports/entertainment to entrepreneurship. Didn't win much(awards) during his professional career, his salary wasn't even among the highest but now the dude is worth around 700-800 million $. Amazing. You don't hear much about him besides his business activities, not really involved in scandals, family man and all of that.

Black youth loves the entertainment world, so yeah, from my POV, no better role model...
