It's never gonna change until we start holding cops accountable. For example, Im trying to switch over to accounting. I have to get my CPA. If I ever cook the books, I'd lose my license and probably go to prison. My boy is a lawyer. If he engaged in illegal acts, hes getting disbarred and going to prison. But these cops can just do whatever. There's no separate body to investigate them to ensure they're doing the right thing. They sweep bad behavior under the rug and give meaningless suspensions. Imagine a lawyer saying I only broke one law breh and I'll just move to another law firm now. FOH. Cops should have to hold a license to be police and if you engage in any malfeasance, that's it.
