After the water comes back and the Enclave leans back(best part of the game) that opens up about of storylines)
DC is on the up and up, the BoS pretty much have control of the entire area with no competition and they're even letting in new members. Life should be too good in the Capital Wasteland.

You really think no one in the surrounding areas will test them?
From what I remember, and I haven't played in a couple of years, the Enclave had roots in the U.S. gov't, You don't think the G men waitin' in the cut?
They'd have to be creative. Your character could move out to surrounding areas and help clean up. So, yea, the actual DC seems good, though.

i loved new vegas, but on my second time playing it, a rare bug made my SPECIAL stats start disapeering and coming back sporadically. it had nothing to do with any equipment or condition, that shyt made me take it back to gamestop for like 10 percent of its value. i was mad after taking so much time and smoking so much weed playing that game again, trying to make my character a perfect killer.

I didn't, there's just a whole back story to the NCR and LA vault in FO1. Orange County is a crater.
