Fallout new vegas is still in its packaging in my entertainment system. I like fallout 3 but I played skyrim first, so of course I prefer that over fall out 3

Not true they don't like to announce anything until towards the end of production. If I remember correctly Skyrim was officially announced at the VGAs then released the following fall.

Speculation everywhere. The bombs dropped at 9:47PM and all the clocks in FO3 are stuck on that time. And apparently, Skyrim was announced at night as well. Plus there's some gaming awards show tomorrow. They'd be stupid to not at least talk about it. They allowed Three Dog to tweet so there may be hope.
