Yeah, apparently it has to do with lighting and shadows. So, maybe. I was also reading that it may not be implemented until after launch. Nobody really knows

I just hope the RPG elements are still strong. I love me a good WRPG. I have confidence though.

Yeah. RPG elements are still gonna be ingrained in it. There's probably gonna be a hit point system that carried over from FO3/FNV. I also seen the video we can do more accurate limb damage and the enemies still could attack you, i was like
