AS much as I love Bethesda , and what they've done with the Fallout license, I really miss the gritty adult themes that the first 2 games brought .

Killing pickpocketing children scum. Seducing the mobb boss's daughter and OD'ng thst c*nt . A lot of what the Fallout world was about has been lost when it was brought over to consoles .

Thank fukking god for mods .

I bought Fallout 1, 2 and Tactics on steam in anticipation for this, trying to get a feel for what it used to be

I hope the fort stuff is optional. I hate managing stuff like that.
Not looking to build a community nor worrying about maintaining it.

Black Isle had to patch out the killing thieving chem kids when the PC Media caught wind of it . But you can add it back in with the help of the lovely community mods out there, thank god .

He clearly stated that all of that was optional. You can play the whole game without doing it.

The "I think" part was because my drunk membrane wasn't sure what it remembered from the conference .

this "everything can be crafted and everything can be broken down" system is gonna turn me into an even worse scavenger.

I used to keep basically everything with a value over 1 bottlecap, but this makes even 1 bottlecap value items have a use.

I'm basically gonna be a junk mule in this game.
