Nah I didn't get that perk because it relies on low intelligence to increase the chance. Its that good? :ohhh:

I didn't need it on my first play through I'm using it now it helps if you get it to the max irregardless of intelligence.

I saw the math somewhere a while ago but even at 7-8 Int it's still worth it if you're going for an Int Perk that high. If you're doing lots of settlement building it's easily worth it. I just started a new game on survivor to kill time and it's the very first perk I pick up.

Also if you're Lvl 37 and finished you pretty much couldn't have done every quest and explored every area. My first playthrough I didn't even hit anything below Diamond City on the map till I was in the 30s.

I haven't finished every quest. Im just running into nothing but areas with super mutants, ferals and all that. I'll get this perk on my next level :ehh:

Luck has the best perks in the game. Kinda insane how not a single perk in that stat is actually a waste. And levels 6-9 combo off each other to an unholy degree and let you run wild in the game.

I did heavy settlement building when I first played too. It's a ton of fun most of the time. Only suggestion I would make if you want to keep doing it and not "touch" the rest of the game for a while is to do all the Minute Men quests from Preston. As you go to new locations just discover the areas around them without engaging in fights. It'll be very difficult without leveling up but the payoff is pretty damn good towards the "end" of the quest line. Obviously local leader 1 is a must because you honestly can't keep your sanity otherwise.

Luck build has always been the best build in every Fallout. Compared to New Vegas, luck builds have been toned down in this game.
