Havent played since dec 1st. Thinking about selling unless the dlc is coming out soon and is good
I played this game a ton, but at this point, I`m slowing down too.
Finished it and did a lot of sidequests, I got more games to play though.
I`m surprised there weren't as many easily accessible sidequests.

I generally enjoy the game. I've spent 95% of my time exploring and haven't touched the main quest at all. Mostly collecting scrap and building settlements. But I agree w/ most people who find the game disappointing. Mods may make it a better experience but it will be forever until consoles will see them :-/
I just got it back from my friend yesterday I'm about to just do the last quest and end it. I've explored 99% of the map, killed everybody. There's nothing else to do but wait for dlc... 
Stayed out this due to spoilers but ....the second I got into the Institute
that doc was trying to be all politically correct like I didn't see you send that goon to kill my wife and take my son

. While I'm strapped and armor on fleek. I'm in that bytch looking like Arnold in commando mixed with terminator. Soon as I seen that nikka start talking on that

Now I got the whole Institute on my ass. Normally I would quick save and do the right thing but fukk it. If the game ends here the game ends here. I'm locked behind some door with what sounds like a small army of nikkas out here ready to kill me. even Shawn in the red fukk him too ungrateful b*stard about to get that 50 cent in power treatment.

Meh, I think it's a matter of preference. I for one didn't like the overhaul of the special system. Plus they took out too much other shyt and made the game feel dumbed down and casual. Settlement building is a nice addition, but still needs a lot of work.

I tried that on my second playthrough, but went back to an older save because I didn't like the results. don't read this spoiler if you don't want the "truth"
"Father" is Shawn. I knew this on my second playthrough, but I was curious what happens if you kill him before you find that out. after I killed him the mission log basically said I didn't except his offer to join the institute, even though I killed him before he had a chance to make that offer (or reveal his identity). I found that kind of immersion breaking, so I went back to an older save, and let it play out the way it's supposed to. I do think it's kind of lazy that Bethesda didn't find a way to better flesh out that scenario
