Finally playing the game. Been playing for a couple days now. Don't thing I don't like is a loading screens, when 2015 there's no excuse for it. Also I'm not a fan of building mechanics if you are trying to build a house from scratch. Too much work imo, but I'm sure many love it. Fun game nevertheless.

Edit: also to add, I don't get the critics talking about the graphics, I love them
No way around the loading screens with slow ass 5400 RPM hard drives in these consoles.

What changed your mind???
10,000 carry weight :russ:

Now I can just explore and pick up everything without worrying about being overweight every 5 minutes. It literally changed how I play. It's finally fun to just go out and explore. No more bullshyt fast travel to sanctuary every 5 minutes. I can just have fun :blessed:

Does anyone else feel like this game is just completely fukking massive? I've done almost no settlement building but I've put in 38 hours already and I see so much of the map that I haven't explored and I've chosen not to go into so many apartment buildings and shyt. I feel like I could put 200 hours into this game, which scares me a bit.

Also, how many power suits do you guys have? I've got six, my best being the military T-60 (torso, left leg and right are are all "b")... I haven't really spent much time playing in the powersuits, worried about running out of cores but I have 27 in my inventory and I think most of my suits have them installed. Do I need to worry about running out of them?
The cores only deplete quick when you sprint in power armor. If you aren't tryna' sprint everywhere then with 27 you will be completely fine. You find them cores in old buildings and can buy them. I have almost 40 and yesterday found 4 randomly generated in a basic loot box.

"This plugin for Fallout 4 adds an ability to dynamically control shadow draw distance depending on desired user defined fps.

Many of you may have noticed that in some locations of Fallout 4 fps gets low even with a good hardware, like in the City, mostly it happens in the
areas with lots of objects. Since the game isn't properly optimized, almost everything that it does with objects which it renders takes more time than
it actually should. One of the most time consuming operations in Fallout 4 is shadow rendering and because the game has only predefined shadow draw
distance, which applies everywhere in every location just the same, we have a choise either we set it to high value with having a good picture but
eventually facing fps drops in locations with lots of object or we lower the value to make fps more stable in general. And this is exactly the point
where this plugin comes handy!"

Lynn woods :banderas:

Just unintentional fukkery

So I basically find a small settlement with a tall tower next to it. I climb the tower and the only thing I see on top is a dead settler next to a power box. I flip the power on and next thing I know, a siren goes off and a bunch of red dots show up on my compass. I look off the edge to see hella raiders surrounding the tower. I'm like :aicmon: guess I'm gonna have to fight my way out. Then 2 fukking deathclaws come out of the woods and start wrecking shyt. One of them was an alpha and he took down like 7 raiders by himself. I just sat on the tower watching everything from above like:leon: watching them put in work.
