I'm currently experimenting with Arkham City's SLI bits (DX1x) (0x080202F5) + AFR2 after I saw it mentioned on NVIDIA's forums and immediately it seems to be a lot more stable than just forcing AFR2 without bits (or inexplicably even with DX9 bits) along with reduced stuttering and no more sustained frame drops into the 40s like before.
I haven't spent long testing this so there may be issues I just haven't come across yet, but it's something to take a look at if other methods aren't working well.
EDIT: Getting great performance (Ultra, 1440p60, 970 SLI) and no major issues with these bits after ~1.5 hours.
So I tested Witcher 3 for 45 minutes and no flickering either. My Fallout flickering must be an in-game or SLI issue (I hope

I have a few weapons I'm trying to upgrade but most of them need screws.

at my first defense of a raider attack on Sanctuary Hills. The music start getting sinister but I literally only saw one Raider Psycho and by the time I got to the mix he was getting shot at. Mama Murphy crackhead ass layed him down in the middle of the street with the quickness

After awhile I cam back and the lake was drained, raiders had took it. They had put him and some murlurks in a cage. Fought the raiders and somehow the cages got open, he tried to run but them murlurks got his ass

This game is funny, now you have me feeling like I need to check back that lake. I once found where the children of atom stay and I found them all dead, then out of no where a children of atom person flies out of the sky, and blows up right in front of me. I didn't get hurt but it was a big wtf moment.

Ice cold.nevermind, you meant 5 ft down, turn those yellow knobs. anyways since I died, I went back and it reset meaning I could no longer negotiate. basically the fukker wouldnt go up to 100 like he did last time, he offered 50 and wouldnt budge, I did the job, got the money, then shot him in the face and took the rest, im a man of my word

on my way to Tenpines Bluff, some dude near a lake or dam or whatever it is asks me to help him fix some pipes, he says "look for bubbles in the lake, fix the pipes, ill give you 100 bottle caps" this bytch ass nikka man, I go to the lake where the bubbles are coming up that shyt is like 50 yards deep with barely any vision. I drown by the time I get down there. first death of the game.
Soon as I go talk to these settlers at Tenpines, imma come back on the detour and shoot this fool in the face.
That nikka was lazy as fukk. When I did the quest I thought, "why the fukk didnt he just hop his ass in the water?" Got too much RAD poisoning
