I fast traveled to the badtfl regional office... As soon as I spawn there are 4 super mutants a block away from me... I had the 
on and k ew I had no chance... Lucky a gang of feral ghouls hits the corner and they start swinging/firing on each other.. 
... One of the super mutants is a suicider and bam.. Everyone dead. I head over and take all the bottle caps they left behind
