It's been great for meSo what's the verdict on this game's (PS4) performance a few days in
Should I cop or just wait
im with the brotherhood...game has a few bugs but im loving the little i played so far and the graphics are nice...been getting some bs deaths from mines on tables and cars blowing up shyt i didnt expect

Console is always easier. It will work with decent performance no matter what.

no, the first time I really saw drops was in Lexington, outside the assembly plant. reading around, a lot of people have had issues there. it only dropped to like 50 though. I've heard lowering shadow distance helps, but I haven't tried yetAy @Ciggavelli ,@daze23 @MeachTheMonster Do you guys get a frame loss of up to 15fps or more when you look in this direction at the rocket mart?

Right here. If I look at it I would get a big frame drop no matter the setting.
Well I found this post on reddit and I applied it(I made a backup of my fallout4.ini just in case) and I don't know but this shyt seems to fix my issue. I'm standing there and looked in that direction and I was at a locked 60fps. I even waited and passed time to see what would happen and it was just the same. I'm quite shocked.
I'm downsampling from 1440 and using TAA. it gets rid of a lot of the aliasing. if you have some overhead, try bumping the res up a little with DSRIf I could get rid of this damn shimmering though...![]()
I actually just got to Lexington and yeah I'm noticing the drops. It's going from like 60 to 40ish.no, the first time I really saw drops was in Lexington, outside the assembly plant. reading around, a lot of people have had issues there. it only dropped to like 50 though. I've heard lowering shadow distance helps, but I haven't tried yet
the drop was kinda mysterious, cause the neither the cpu or gpu was near 100%

all those performance problems probably have to do with the xbox juan...

Yeah, TAA just worked for meI'm downsampling from 1440 and using TAA. it gets rid of a lot of the aliasing. if you have some overhead, try bumping the res up a little with DSR
