it does everything the in-game pip-boy does. it's just mad convenient to have it on a second screen, so you don't have to pull it up in game. so far, I mostly use it for the map

How does it connect to the game

Everything it links up in realtime to the game your phone becomes a pip boy... U can turn on the damn radio on the game through your phone

i just had my first glitch. i have a gun that says has ammo but when i pull the trigger a message pops up saying its out of ammo. then i tried to switch guns and its just showing his hands and no piece, and cant fire

Press b I think on ps4 to pull up the pipeboy, and toggle over to weaponS, and choose which gun u want. U can shot manually or wit by pressing L1 to go into vats(slow motion shot)

shyt if u on later in the day I stream and get into a party wit u and walk u threw it

Nah, it looks a little better than that. The textures aren't that great, but the lighting and some of the other graphical advancements make up for it. It definitely looks better than fallout 3, but doesn't look as good as something like the Witcher 3. It has much more going on than the Witcher though.

It's not a failure, it's just missing some important components (sli mainly) and has very steep requirements at all ultra. A game that looks like this shouldn't run this poorly at all ultra (40fps at 1440p). And it should of had sli support to allow for people to play at higher resolutions. 18fps at 4K. fukked up. Hopefully they'll release an sli profile soon, so us with high end rigs can play it like it's supposed to be played.

Mgsv and the Witcher 3 spoiled us with their good ports. Fallout 4's specs are outrageous for what they are delivering. And to not offer sli support.

I know you'll say, "well, just play at 1080p or at lower settings." My response is, I have the most powerful cards you can buy. I should be able to use them accordingly.

I'm gonna try the sli fix tomorrow, but I'm sure I'll most likely be waiting for a patch. I want to play it as its intended to be played.

Metal gear made a lot of concessions to get that performance. It comes down to art style, but technically it doesn't have better graphics than fallout.

The witcher 3 is a bit smaller in scope, and as I recall had it's share of problems at launch.

My biggest gripe with fallout so far. Are the load times. No other game has made me wanna go get a ssd this bad
