well it's a essentially an unauthorized( without knowing consent) social experiment on people more than likely sponsored by the government to affect peoples emotions....

I think that's the least thing ethically speaking we need to worry about.

I wouldn't have minded being in room when govt officials were reading the meltdowns from people who missed out on their facebook for 30 mins
