I don't know about shows but he performs at BB King all the time and from what I've seen/heard the place is always packed.

He gets play on NY stations all the time and has a very large youth and female fanbase. Fab's just not as big as Jay/50/Biggie were in their heyday because he doesn't have nationwide popularity.

Fab been around for so long and as talented as he seems to be he doesnt have enough good material. I know his come up but hes like the stereotype for mixtape rappers. Most of the songs he has done since he came was mostly done and all he did was rap his 16s.

He also is like Joe Budden in a way but a little less. They'll rap about people jocking bullshyt hip-hop & how talented they are but all they do is empower that bullshyt or make songs like them. You gotta make a stand somewhere, other wise shut up.

But Fab's content is also very superficial. So again, mixtape rapper. He doesnt have much to say at all. But he can rap (words, punchlines etc). But he raps about diva shyt or like a diva (like hes on twitter while rapping) etc. So therefor no one outside of his own fans consider him anything but a talented rapper at core, who dont have much to stand on (musically).
