Sure pal sounds so cac in tonality.

:camby:

fukk outta here making winning Big 12 titles something worth staying in the conference for. :scust:

Especially in a changing college football landscape. The Big 12 was losing more of its relevance and considering their performances since the start of the BCS playoff format, at some point a Big 12 winner would no longer garner a playoff invite.

It was the right move and you have nerve to tell me I don't know shyt when your response is "sure jan." :childplease:

Yes they could've. Hell A&M asked OU first before Mizzou. Texas always wanted the PAC. Trashed the SEC. And now here we are.....the circle fest Boomers and Longhorns have had the last two yrs since joining is funny.
OU and Texas will never forgo the value of the red river shootout.

Way too much money made in that yearly venture.

You are mad.

shyt changes. The SEC became sexier and those two will always be joined at the hip.

In what world would that rivalry have ended? FSU/UF never did. You're admitting that Texas (and the entire state) is the only reason why OU is in their position. Until it benefited Texas. The jump was made. I actually never had ill will towards the Sooners. But the juelzing is too much now.

No... YOU said that. I know OU is in their position because they have a blue blood history.

And no....Texas and OU would not be able to schedule a game if in different conferences during the middle of their conference schedules. That game HAS to be played during the Texas State Fair in early October That is a fixed date. Comparing FSU/UF when they always play in late November is senseless. Teams are mired in their regular season schedules in October. Two conferences are not going to schedule mid season meetings for teams in the middle of their conference schedules.

They would've left wihtout yall for the PAC if they could've. Threatened to go independent. And yall still gave them an olive branch when it was all said and done? :gucci:

It wasn't moving mountains. And the SEC sure as hell wouldn't have placed hard stops on a money making marquee matchup. Twist it however you want. Blue blood or not, both programs prancing through daisies into the SEC is a trip.

That was all bs to get a bigger deal for their network.

OU and Texas will forever be joined by the conference hip. I saw OU move on from its 100 year old post thanksgiving rivalry with Nebraska. They won't do that with Texas. OU has this weird thing where they don't feel they are whole without Texas.
