Not to knock the style or be"that guy" but nobody teaches the RNC like that
And again the practical or feasible usages of that over the back throw will get you fukked up. @Neuromancer @KING WILL will attest to that. In catch my arm is placed behind my head to"close the window" , if you don't grab the lever before I have it fully locked in, you're going to sleep. You try that over the back throw and you end up breaking your own neck.
