u doing this all wrong b....ur caloric deficit start off is TOO low.....when fat loss stalls u gonna need to continuously lower your cals to continue dropping weight....and looking at ur pic, u aren't that fat b...and like ADD said...if u just do cardio and eating nothin, u really wont be in better physical shape than u are now...u gonna look weak and sickly...i kno u dont wanna look like that.....actually hitting the weights, you will lose fat faster than just doing cardio whilst putting on muscle....hit up bodybuilding.com and check out a beginners diet and workout plan....u know damn well u not gonna stick to the plan u made for yourself which is why u aint even start 2 weeks after making this thread....keep it real with yourself and seek a legit plan to improve your physique
