u doing this all wrong b....ur caloric deficit start off is TOO low.....when fat loss stalls u gonna need to continuously lower your cals to continue dropping weight....and looking at ur pic, u aren't that fat b...and like ADD said...if u just do cardio and eating nothin, u really wont be in better physical shape than u are now...u gonna look weak and sickly...i kno u dont wanna look like that.....actually hitting the weights, you will lose fat faster than just doing cardio whilst putting on muscle....hit up bodybuilding.com and check out a beginners diet and workout plan....u know damn well u not gonna stick to the plan u made for yourself which is why u aint even start 2 weeks after making this thread....keep it real with yourself and seek a legit plan to improve your physique



cliff notes:
Your diet plan is unrealistic (actually u have no diet plan, what are your macros gonna be at 1500-1800 cals a day)
Get a legit workout/diet plan on bodybuilding.com
Hit the weights, not just cardio
You won't be happy after starving yourself like an anorexic white woman

That's a stupid low amount of cals and if he eats in that range he is going to burn through the muscle he does have while keeping fat in areas he wanted to lose.

if you want to eat that low of calories you are gonna HAVE to lift.
or else you will just look like a skinny lil fat dude.

plus lifting will help you burn fat even on your off days.

Solution: 30 day challenge to kick this thread off. For the next 30 days I will post in here every day checking off that I was under 1800 cal for the day, that i bought no junk food/ energy drinks, and that I exercised cardio minimum of 3 times a week. Posting stats and starting over tomorrow. I will reach 10%

im sure you have a good plan, but electronic calipers are notoriously inaccurate.

be careful trusting those numbers, it said i was 4% at one time :skip:

i wanna say 3% is the lowest physically possible but only held for a short time under absolutely no water, salt etc

If you did 100 burpees 3 times a week combined with full body weight training, you'd lose fat, gain muscle and you could eat like a man.
