Every once in a while, I pop up on the Coli and see my alerts popping and it’s always cause of this old thread

Give y’all a update, I’m a Database Administrator now and it’s the same thang, just on a higher level, instead of just googling shyt and having to filter the good from bad, now it’s specific sites, blogs, social media (twitter #sqlhelp is clutch) and people I follow that give me answers I need; and I help the community out as well. I know a lot and even have my sql server certification but damn the internet be having me looking like a whole genius outchea

Shops like to enhance damage on your vehicle so they can negotiate more money from the insurance company without telling the owner. Some people are in on the scam and some people arent.
I've seen shops accidentally total a guys car because they damaged too much and the adjuster wrote it off as a total. When the customer was made aware of the status, he said that his car did not have any of those damages that pushed it over the threshold when he left it at the shop. The car was repairable but the shop fukked around and totaled his car which he was financing so the car was taken from him.

I'm in the legal industry and this is facts. Usually the attorneys get a kickback for referring cars to shops from accidents. Savy car owners can get a cut too if they know bout the gig..

It's a good way to finesse the insurance companies.

I was a field manager for a non-profit that was raising money for climate change, and our supervisor was a hardcore libertarian that didn't even believe in global warming lol. And there were quite a few people that shared those beliefs.
Dude was actually pretty cool though, I got way less vibes from him than some of these so called 'liberals' and 'feminists'

Often, if you are taken to the hospital to be admitted to the trauma unit, by EMTs, usually the gurney they transfer you to is already lined with a body bag. But there is a sheet over top of it.

No need to have to lift / roll the body again if you're already half dead on arrival
