If I'm playing EWR I'm cutting/letting go of:
Luther (never should have been hired to begin with, fukk him and Jericho)
Everyone involved with Matt Hardy. Including Matt Hardy, unless they keep him as a backstage talent, no more on camera anything for him. Everyone involved in his stable have been stained and clearly reached their limit of where they're going in the company.
Kazarian, although I'm sure there is value in keeping him backstage, but on screen he's a fukking goober and a loser.
Brian Cage, a bust from the start. He's the kind of guy who really needs very structured booking like TNA did for him to make him look like a star, but even when they were trying he was outshined by everyone in Team Taz and really has never been particularly good, he just has the roid look but can do high spots, too.
Brian Pillman Jr. He's just not good. His in ring stuff is weak, his promos are weak, he doesn't have any of the charisma of his father, but he keeps getting a shot because of the name. I don't think he's progressed at all since he first popped up in MLW, which was very clearly just because of his name and Bauer's hard on for Teddy Hart and Hart Foundation associations. He's had the chance to work and learn from much more experienced and talented guys and just has not risen to their level at all.
Joey Janella, who does not at all work in the AEW format and also sucks, but has something for the indie scene that he can not replicate in AEW.
Kip Sabian, outside of the first couple of shows where they tried to push him hard, he's basically done nothing the entire run and there are 300 dudes on Dark who look and work just like him
Marko Stunt, he made sense at the beginning as some hot indie meme guy and they were signing all those types of guys, but he had a limited shelf life to begin with and was fully replaced by Christian and hasn't even been around for like a year anyway.
I personally would get rid of Jericho, who has more than worn out his welcome and I don't think adds anything to any show he's been on in a long, long time and has consistently been a detriment to any segment he's in since probably early 2020.
